Contemporary author and Houston native Katherine Center was the 2019 Mission Possible Luncheon keynote speaker and is coming back to support Judy's Mission by joining us for an intimate book club event limited to forty people on July 9th, 2019, following the filming of her book to screen story The Lost Husband expected out later this year and ahead of her August release of her latest novel, Things You Lose in a Fire. Katherine is also the author of the New York Times bestseller How to Walk Away as well as Get Lucky, Happiness is For Beginners.
Katherine is especially gifted at "laughter through tears" where her novels often begin with catastrophe and then draw even the most unsuspecting reader into page turning humor and romance as they learn how the female heroine finds her strength and recovers. Judy's Mission is grateful for Katherine's support and we hope you will join us July 9th!
All paid and confirmed guests will receive a follow up communication with venue address. The cost of your ticket is tax deductible as permitted by law and aids Judy's Mission in carrying out vital education and awareness work as well as funding research in the early detection of ovarian cancer which is crucial to the survival rate.
